Vibrational Oat Drink

You might have seen this earlier this year and here is why I am more excited about this drink now than ever.
Some of you know that I am an avid Sea Kayaker and Surfskier.

Paddling is my moving meditation sport of choice and I love spending as much time as possible on the water.

Here is the update: 
This Vibrational Greens Oat Drink has become my all time favourite sports drink: before, during and after an hour or all day paddling trip or working out.
This is the only meal drink I can have literally 15 minutes before I start paddling followed by another one after the paddle or workout to replenish my energy.
I am able to digested it with no heart burn or upset stomach, it works better for me than any energy bar on the market.

Vibrational Oat Drink is a multipurpose drinkable or spoon-able food: super fast to make and super convenient as a satisfying snack for a small appetite. Combines the Vibrational Greens power of chlorophyll with oats. Oats are among the most nutrient dense foods available, packed with minerals and "packaged" in fibre. Oats themselves are naturally gluten-free. We have seen great success, and even strategically used this drink, to gently encourage an awaited call of nature; we credit the fibre and bulk together with the hydration. It seems that the gelatinous effect that takes place when you boil oats does not happen when they are soaked and consumed within several hours. Both preparation methods have their benefits.

Ingredients
Servings: serving
Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients. Use water at room temperature, unless you specifically wish to warm up or cool down with this drink.
    Vibrational Oat Drink with maple syrup
  2. Add all ingredients to your water.
    Vibrational Greens and oats in water
  3. Vibrational Oat Drink
  4. Mix all using a fork or spoon, or shake up, if using a shaker bottle. Enjoy!
