Prepare your water:
Heat 2 cups of water below boiling temperature. Either use 1 part boiling and 1 part room temperature water, or do some guesswork.
The ideal temperature to preserve the oils and nutrients in the seeds and Vibrational Greens, AND to achive a warming and comforting drink is around 50°C (122°F) or lower.
Careful if you try this to test for the correct temperature. If you see steam coming off the water, most likely it is too hot. Mix in more cold water before you carefully test it:
If you can stick your finger in the water without burning or discomfort, it is not too hot.
