Vibrational Almondccino

The below recipe works really well also in a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio of almond milk:water. In this case the almond milk can be cold and the water heated. It is recommended to use warm liquid with the spices to enhance the release of the aromas.

Instructions
  1. Gather your ingredients. For a milder version, use more almond milk and maple syrup.

  2. If using a high speed blender, blend almond milk, cardamon and ginger till smooth (20 seconds).
  3. Alternatively, you can use a mortar and pestle to break down the cardamon to a fine powder. Cut ginger into small chunks and blend the mix with the almond milk in a blender or using a handheld stick blender.
  4. Heat the mix in a pot on the stove to the desired temperature (45 C is roughly upper limit for heat to retain most of the nutrients in Vibrational Greens).
  5. Strain the mixture if desired, or leave the chewy spices inside.
  6. Blend Vibrational Greens and maple syrup carefully into your mix. If using a high speed blender, watch out for escaping heat from the blender. I often use a tea towel over the lid to cover the blender, when processing warm liquids.
  7. Serve and enjoy your Vibrational Almondccino.

  1. My wife and I first tried this amazing drink when you were doing an in-store demo in Victoria,
We love it and we make it at least couple of times a week.
