Ingredients
- 1 tsp Cinnamon ground or equivalent of stalk
- 1 pod Cardamon
- 0.5 inch Ginger fresh root
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter or other nut butter
- 2 cups Water purified
- 2 scoops Vibrational Greens Peppermint
Servings: people
Instructions
- Gather your spices and other ingredients for the recipe.
- Separate the seeds from the cardamon pod.
Use only the actual seeds and discard the remainder. - Bring some water to boil.
Mix 1 cup of boiling water with 1 cup of cold water. - In a high speed blender process all ingredients, including the water mix, till smooth.
- Serve immediately in two glasses.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Recipe Notes
You can also use Vibrational Greens Peppermint or Vibrational Greens Pure.
Instead of almond butter, you could use several soaked almonds.
For a smoother texture, first only blend the water and almonds thoroughly, strain of the pulp and blend the remainder as suggested in the recipe.
