Ingredients
- 500 ml Water
- 4 Tbsp Sesame Seed dry or soaked and drained
- 2 fingers Turmeric fresh organic root, medium size
- 2 scoops Vibrational Greens Apple or other
- 1 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup optional
- 1 dash Black Pepper optional
Servings: glass
Instructions
- Warm up the water to a comforting warm drinking temperature. I usually mix 1 part hot and 1 part cold water for a good result. For optimum nutritional benefits, it is best not to use boiling hot water with Vibrational Greens.
- Wash the turmeric root and cut off anything dry or dirty. If using a high speed blender, there is no need to peel the root.
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and process at high speed for several seconds, till smooth.
- Serve in glasses and enjoy immediately.
