Ingredients
- 1 cup Blackberries frozen
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 2 Tbsp Organic Maple Syrup
- 1 small Avocado
- 2 scoops Vibrational Greens Pure
Servings: people
Instructions
- In a high speed blender process frozen berries with water and maple syrup.
- Add avocado and keep processing. It maybe necessary to use a tamper tool for a smooth result. Alternatively you can interrupt blending and use a spoon to move mixture from the sides back onto the blades. The longer you process the mix, the softer and more runny the result will be, as the berries will warm up.
- Keep working the mix till most blackberry seeds are broken down and the texture is creamy enough, yet still firm enough.
- Add Vibrational Greens last, giving the mix a good whisk. Serve in two bowls or dessert glasses. Enjoy!
- Tips: Decorate with frozen berries and mint leaves to make an impression. Should your result become too runny, simply place your Vibrational Blackberry Ice Cream in serving bowls in the freezer for 30 minutes before enjoying.
