The below recipe works really well also in a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio of almond milk:water. In this case the almond milk can be cold and the water heated. It is recommended to use warm liquid with the spices to enhance the release of the aromas.

Ingredients
- 350 ml Almond Milk home made or in carton
- 1 pod Cardamon small or half of larger size
- 1 mm slice Ginger to taste
- 2 scoops Vibrational Greens Pure or other
- 0.5 Tbsp Maple Syrup organic
Servings: servings
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients. For a milder version, use more almond milk and maple syrup.
- If using a high speed blender, blend almond milk, cardamon and ginger till smooth (20 seconds).
- Alternatively, you can use a mortar and pestle to break down the cardamon to a fine powder. Cut ginger into small chunks and blend the mix with the almond milk in a blender or using a handheld stick blender.
- Heat the mix in a pot on the stove to the desired temperature (45 C is roughly upper limit for heat to retain most of the nutrients in Vibrational Greens).
- Strain the mixture if desired, or leave the chewy spices inside.
- Blend Vibrational Greens and maple syrup carefully into your mix. If using a high speed blender, watch out for escaping heat from the blender. I often use a tea towel over the lid to cover the blender, when processing warm liquids.
- Serve and enjoy your Vibrational Almondccino.
