Ingredients
- 2 glass Water small
- 1/2 Cucumber peeled
- 2 sticks Celery
- 1 medium Tomato ripe
- 1 handful Arugula peppery
- 1 handful Baby Spinach
- 1 medium to large Avocado ripe, scoop out the meat only
- 2 Lemon juice only
- 2 Tbsp Flax seeds milled
- 1 clove Garlic small or half (optional)
- 2 scoops Vibrational Greens Apple or Pure
- Sea Salt to taste
Servings: people
Instructions
- Wash fresh produce.
- Cut into manageable size for your blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a large glass (i.e pint glass). Enjoy!
