Ingredients
- 2 cups Kale chopped up
- 1 medium Avocado
- 0.5 Cucumber English Variety
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 Lime peeled
- 2 tbsp Flax seeds grind freshly
- 3 cups Water purified
- 3 scoops Vibrational Greens Pure any blend can work
- Herbs and Spices to taste

Instructions
- Wash all fresh produce.
- Cut vegetables into blender suited sizes. Celery is best cut into 1/2 inch length pieces.
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Blend away to desired consistency.

Recipe Notes
Add herbs and spices to your personal preference. An example would be turmeric, sea salt and black pepper. This combination would work best with Vibrational Greens Pure.
