Ingredients
- 1 large Avocado
- 3 tbsp Hemp Seeds hemp hearts without shells
- 0.5 medium Cucumber English variety
- 20 leaves Peppermint fresh herb
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 scoops Vibrational Greens Peppermint
- 1.5 cups Water purified
Servings: people
Instructions
- Wash all fresh produce.
- Remove pit and skin from avocado.
- Cut fresh ingredients into blender suited sizes. Celery is best cut into 1/2 inch length pieces or shorter.
- If you wish, you can blend water and hemp seeds before adding the other ingredients. This will make the shake more creamy. Optional: use more hemp seeds.
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend away. Optional: add more water to desired consistency, if preferred. Wishing You A Vibrational Life. Fred Shadian
