Ingredients
- 1 small Avocado
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 handful Peppermint fresh leaves
- 4 scoops Vibrational Greens Peppermint
- 4 cups Water
- 2 dashes Sea Salt to taste
Servings: people
Instructions
- Wash all fresh produce.
- Remove pit and skin from avocado.
- Cut produce into blender suited sizes.
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend away, add more water to desired consistency if preferred.
