Use lemon as an antioxidant in your fresh juices.
1 tablespoon of lemon peel contains double the amount of vitamin C and triple the amount of fiber than 1 wedge of lemon without the peel. Use organic lemons or those that have not been waxed or sprayed when possible.

So simple, yet so delicious. We needed to share this one. Combines raw enzymes, phytonutrients, and vibrant green colour with creamy healthy whole plant oils of avocados and the healing power of onions.
Combine this salad with extra ingredients, enjoy it as a side dish or just fill your plate for a full meal. This fibre filled meal is micro-nutrient dense and yummy.
