Our friend Little Woo shared this amazing spicy shake recipe with us. Consider it a "liquified" salad that floods your body with nutrients. If using a high speed blender, you may combine multiple steps below with great blending results. Serving size: This recipe makes 2 large green smoothies which are meal-portioned sized! This is approximately 6 cups (1.5 litres) of green smoothie or what I call “2 liquified salads”. Watch Little Woo prepare her Spicy Green Smoothie with the video link below.

  13. Add about 6 to 8 shakes of sea salt.
  14. Add about 3 to 5 shakes of cayenne pepper.
  15. Blend well and best served immediately. If needed, refrigerate and drink later that day.
Recipe Notes

If you don’t like the taste of raw garlic OR are having close conversations that day, omit the garlic as it will definitely give you a strong garlic breath! (I love raw garlic’s unique aroma and spicy zing which brings out the smoothie’s golden flavors but not everyone enjoys raw garlic.) Also, if you are sensitive to spicy foods, omit the garlic AND use very little ginger & cayenne.
