An all-round everyday enjoyable avocado shake with a wide spectrum of nutrition. This shake includes creamy avocado, water-rich cucumber, juicy antioxidant delivering tomato and chlorophyll rich spinach.

Ingredients
- 1 medium Avocado
- 0.5 Cucumber English variety
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1 cup Baby Spinach packed for measuring
- 0.5 Lemon juice
- 2 scoops Vibrational Greens Peppermint or Pure
- 2-3 cups Water purified or coconut water or nut milk
- 1 pinch Sea Salt to taste
- 1 sprinkle Black Pepper to taste
Servings: people
Instructions
- Wash all fresh produce.
- Remove pit and skin from avocado.
- Cut produce into blender suited sizes.
- Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend away, add more water to desired consistency if preferred.
- Adjust salt and pepper as desired. Enjoy!
