Instructions
- Wash orange, lemon, ginger and turmeric.
- Peel orange layer of skin with knife, leaving as much white peel on the orange as possible. This is where certain phytonutrients (flavanones) are found more abundantly than inside the orange flesh itself.
- Peel lemon.
- Slice all other ingredients into sizes that work for your juicer,
- Juice away, starting with the lemon. In our Matstone juicer, we feed the ingredients through 2-3 times to extract more juice.
- Add water and enjoy your juice.

One of my favourite juice combinations, orange lemon ginger turmeric juice.
I did add a scoop of vibrational greens to it, it was fabulous.
Finally got around to trying this kickass combo,
WOW, it tastes delicious.
This is so good-after blending and straining I add ice cubes and some honey! Yummy
